**Project Coordinator Role**

Job Summary

Responsibilities

  1. Attend, participate in, prepare, and distribute meeting minutes and action items for both internal and external meetings.
  2. Follow up with team members on action items to closure.
  3. Drafts confidential reports, memoranda, correspondence, and agendas using own initiative to answer routine inquiries.
  4. Prepares materials in final form from very rough or involved drafts that may utilize frequent use of technical terminology and statistical data including charts and graphs as necessary.
  5. Maintains updated departmental organizational charts.
  6. Maintain timely and effective communication among team members to drive successful initiatives for our customers.
  7. Provide administrative support to Manager and/or designees.
  8. Conduct special projects based on manager discretion.
  9. Ensure all project documents are archived based on the appropriate guidelines and policy.
  10. Communicates with all levels of personnel inside and outside the company to gather and convey information pertaining to leadership and responsibilities.
  11. Refers routine matters to appropriate parties for action and follows up to ensure proper disposition.
  12. Build relationships with internal and external partners.

Experience working in a Pharmaceutical / Health related field.

Qualifications

Qualification Requirements

  1. Degree (BS/BA) in any related field.
  2. Zero to two (0-2) years of experience.
  3. Strong organizational skills.
  4. Ability to manage time and work independently.
  5. High proficiency with full MS Office Applications.
  6. Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal skills, both written and spoken, with an ability to inform, influence, convince, and persuade.
