At Rockwell Automation, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for directing the development and implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.
- Plan and administer procedures and budgets.
- Make budgetary recommendations regarding and, at higher levels, controls capital expenditures and direct/indirect labor.
- Develop schedules and personnel requirements for assigned areas.
- Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Requirements:
- Industrial, electrical, or electronic engineering background.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven leadership and personnel management skills.
- Ability to work a 7pm-5:30am shift, Monday to Thursday.
