Key Objectives

  • Work with our team to negotiate with existing vendors, visit these vendors, and improve COGS and quality.
  • Help our executive team allocate resources and capital during quarterly and annual offsites.
  • Collaborate with product and supply chain teams to reconfigure existing products, remove waste, and enhance customer experience.
  • Lead the supply chain process, end-to-end, for our company.
  • Analyze and work with data to discover business opportunities and improvements.

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken English, as you'll manage teams in Mexico, China, and India.
  • Deep supply chain experience, preferably in a fast-growing startup environment.
  • No hesitation in jumping into any part of the business; you're eager to learn and adapt.
  • Able to provide references upon request, as we prioritize thoroughness in our hiring process.
  • No issue working ~60 hours routinely; you'll appreciate the challenge.

  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing is beneficial.
  • Able to work on-site at our location in Monterrey.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
