About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to lead our CAPA management efforts and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 requirements. As a key member of our Quality Management team, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our Quality Management System and investigate customer and consumer complaints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the Quality documentation control system to ensure updated procedures are in place.
  • Manage CAPA activities in Entropy to ensure timely completion and proper documentation of effective action plans.
  • Closure of follow-up activities recorded in the Quality Master Action Plan (Q-MAP).
  • Facilitate the progress of consumer and customer complaints through accurate traceability, investigation, documentation, and timely closure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support complaints or GEN23 related activities.
  • Validate proper update of controlled chemical substances records to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Perform quarterly reviews of Quality Risk and Opportunity Matrix with functional areas.
  • Support additional external audits requirements as requested.

Required Experience

  • BS in Engineering, Chemical, or related field.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with Quality Management System, ISO 9001, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Solid knowledge of CAPA Management.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, SAP, Entropy, and Sharepoint.
  • English: intermediate to advanced.

Preferred Experiences and Skills

  • Ability to understand priorities.
  • Quality system auditing experience: ISO 9001:2015 and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Experience in application of quality tools (Ishikawa, 5W2H, 8D).
  • ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification would be a plus.

Job Requirements

  • Full-time position.
  • 5 days – Monday to Friday.
  • Remote work available once a week for eligible employees.
