Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor teams of Project Managers, ensuring alignment with company goals and KPIs.
  • Oversee Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility and management control.
  • Act as the escalation point for operational and delivery-related issues, ensuring prompt conflict resolution.
  • Collaborate with the PMO on the execution of procedures for PMs, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners to enforce HR policies across the team.
  • Monitor the performance of Project Managers, managing a team ranging between 5 and 10 PMs overseeing 200+ team members.
  • Ensure efficient reporting and escalation methodologies to maintain smooth operations.
  • Address HR-related matters with the HRBP and escalate relevant issues as needed.
  • Present complex operational challenges to Account Managers (AMs) while supporting the relationship between PMs and clients.
  • Ensure that communication between PMs and Clients is professional, clear, and effective.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager, managing teams of 50+ people including 3+ PMs in the IT sector.
  • Strong IT background and experience managing large-scale software development or tech projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • University degree
  • Advanced level of English.
