At Hb Soluciones, we are seeking a skilled Senior Railway Project Coordinator Specialist to join our team.

As a Senior Railway Project Coordinator Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of railway projects. Your primary responsibility will be to represent the company in RAMS management meetings with stakeholders, including project clients, supervision parties, and ISA (third-party contracted for safety and RAMS analysis).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in railway project coordination and a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects. You will be responsible for:

  • Representing the company in RAMS management meetings with stakeholders;
  • Organizing meetings to discuss progress and challenges of Level 1 and Level 2 RAMS work;
  • Communicating RAMS strategies, methods, and format requirements;
  • Conveying RAMS management requirements from clients, supervision parties, and ISA;
  • Managing supplier RAMS activities, including analysis methods and techniques;
  • Publishing weekly status of Level 2 subsystem RAMS deliverables and following up on document submissions;
  • Responsible for RAMS verification and FRACAS management system.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will also be responsible for ensuring that all project deliverables are met on time and within budget.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $60,000 per month, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes legal benefits, growth opportunities, and subsidized lunch and dinner.

This is a full-time position with an indefinite contract. The working hours are 8 hours a day, and the location is a workplace with a regular schedule.
