This is an exciting opportunity to join Amazon as a Technical Support Specialist. As an Operations Engineer II, you will be responsible for providing technical support and infrastructure services to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the implementation and maintenance of cloud infrastructure solutions.
- Provide expert-level technical support and guidance to customers and internal teams.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to knowledge sharing across the organization.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Bachelor's Degree in an engineering or IT-related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a systems administration, engineering, or technical IT/Cloud operations support role.
- Strong understanding of Windows Operating System support, networking, and security principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
