Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Planning Manager to join our team at Oilandgas.Org. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective product planning and forecasting processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement product planning and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with customer delivery and revenue requirements.
  • Identify key demand risks and incorporate them into contingency planning to improve the quality of information flow between Sales teams and Supply Chain.
  • Support Global Demand planning strategy efforts in implementing DAUT Supply Chain Strategies.
  • Plan and provide support for Global Demand planning projects.
  • Manage SIOP planning processes and ensure continuous process improvements.
  • Facilitate AP monthly SIOP Planning meeting and participate in POR and Projects meeting.
  • Coordinate with Sales & Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Support, Finance, and affiliate Countries to gather necessary information.
  • Maintain procedures and document processes to ensure system accuracy and integrity.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety rules and report unsafe work conditions.

Requirements

  • Degree in Electronic/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering/Business Administration with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledgeable in using Oracle, preferred but not required.
  • Strong manufacturing background.
  • Good presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
