SIOP Planning Manager

As a SIOP Planning Manager at Emerson, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective product planning and forecasting processes. This will involve re-engineering and automating manual processes, collaborating with the SIOP process to ensure it supports customer delivery and revenue requirements, and identifying key demand risks and incorporating them into contingency planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement product planning and forecasting processes
  • Collaborate with the SIOP process to ensure it supports customer delivery and revenue requirements
  • Identify key demand risks and incorporate them into contingency planning
  • Support global demand planning strategy efforts
  • Plan and provide support for global demand planning projects
  • Manage SIOP planning processes and ensure continuous process improvements
  • Facilitate AP monthly SIOP planning meeting and participate in POR and projects meetings
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, operations, supply chain, customer support, finance, and affiliate countries to gather necessary information
  • Maintain procedures and document processes to ensure system accuracy and integrity

Requirements:

  • Degree in electronic/electrical/mechanical engineering or business administration with at least years of relevant experience
  • Knowledgeable in using Oracle, preferred but not required
  • Strong manufacturing background
  • Good presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
