Job Summary

The Web Specialist will play a pivotal role in the Web and Digital Marketing Team within the BL AA organization, collaborating closely with Product Managers, Marketing Managers, and Corporate Web team, as well as BL leadership to effectively manage content on the internal and external web. This role will focus on creating, managing, optimizing, and standardizing our website, ensuring our online presence is effective, user-friendly, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build successful relationships with Product Lines to support digital marketing objectives
  • Create, edit, proofread, and publish engaging content
  • Collaborate with Product Lines, Marketing, Sales, and other functional organizations to support web-related projects, update, and manage website content
  • Manage internal portals and establish a reputation as the go-to person in the Web and Digital Marketing team
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and ranking
  • Generate reports and provide insights on website traffic and user behavior
  • Implement updates, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the website runs smoothly
Requirements
  • Strong desire to learn, natural curiosity with broad interest and knowledge in the business
  • Creative, outside-the-box thinker, visionary, and willing to develop new paths to improve established ways of working
  • Organized – able to prioritize and focus, goal-getter, capable of managing multiple tasks, and anticipating and planning around obstacles
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of experience in marketing, technical publication, and/or product support in the electronic industry (semiconductor knowledge is a plus)
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Power BI)
  • Efficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint
  • Proven track record of quickly learning new technologies
