Key Responsibilities

  • Run Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP) processes to ensure stock availability on time and at the right place.
  • Collaborate with upstream and downstream planning leaders and supply and inventory planners to achieve service level objectives.
  • Manage the purchase order portfolio, analyze stock discrepancies, and perform adjustments.
  • Ensure Material Requirements Planning (MRP) is executed in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and used as an input to drive replenishment.
  • Action on MRP exceptions and work with suppliers to advise or expedite deliveries.
  • Manage customer requests, record purchase orders, and acknowledge advance shipping notifications in the ERP system.
  • Ensure stock availability by analyzing and taking corrective actions to maintain optimal inventory levels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement, planning, or supply chain roles.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software.
  • Intermediate level of English proficiency.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
