Job Description:

As a Production Planning Coordinator at PepsiCo, you will play a key role in optimizing our North American PBC network. You'll manage and analyze data in SAP S4/HANA, driving our efforts to meet service and cost targets while navigating network and transportation challenges.

  • Refine production and sourcing plans to ensure efficient deployment of goods.
  • Collaborate with local planners to deliver accurate, cost-effective network plans.
  • Run scenarios in SAP-IBP to optimize network operations and identify potential issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We're seeking someone with a strong analytical mind, a deep understanding of optimization models, and the ability to influence decisions across the business.

  • Strong data skills, comfortable managing and analyzing large, complex data sets.
  • Familiarity with supply chain planning software, such as SAP, Oracle, or Blue Yonder.
  • Proficiency with analytical tools, including Excel, PowerBI, or Tableau.
  • Advanced English (written and oral).
