Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Industrialization Leader to join our team at Safran Companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the industrialization department to meet and maintain corporate objectives, supervising the development of production or repair methods for aeronautical components, and reviewing and validating work documents necessary to carry out procedures for disassembly, inspection, cleaning, repair, assembly, and testing of modules, sub-modules, accessories, and parts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the industrialization department to meet and maintain corporate objectives assigned to the area.
  • Supervise the development of production or repair methods for aeronautical components processed in SAESA.
  • Review and validate work documents necessary to carry out procedures for disassembly, inspection, cleaning, repair, assembly, and testing of modules, sub-modules, accessories, and parts within the SAESA capacity list.
  • Lead and coordinate with all Safran areas and external suppliers the implementation of new industrial processes and repairs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
