- Safety and Health Management: Enforce safety and health rules, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
- Maintenance Department Management: Lead the maintenance department, setting goals, managing performance, developing competencies, recognizing achievements, and promoting employee well-being.
- TPM Implementation: Develop and implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) strategies to increase equipment reliability and availability.
- Maintenance Actions Planning: Collaborate with manufacturing to develop and implement maintenance actions plans, ensuring equipment is maintained in its original state.
- Technical Capabilities Management: Manage the technical capabilities of all internal tools and equipment under the plant's responsibility.
- Maintenance Cost Management: Optimize maintenance costs, including spare parts inventory management for internal and external production means.
- Team Intervention Management: Organize team interventions for the implementation and ramp-up of new workstations or production lines.
- Maintenance Information System Management: Ensure the consistency and updating of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for internal means.
- Business Continuity Planning: Update and ensure the business continuity plan in terms of equipment and tools.
- Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in similar roles.
- Language Skills: Intermediate-Advanced English level.
- Technical Knowledge: ERP system knowledge, PLC knowledge, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic knowledge, and TPM knowledge.
- Travel Availability: Availability to travel, with a valid visa and passport.
