About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on quality assurance processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, processes, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
