Job Summary

dormakaba is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team in Nogales, Sonora, MX. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for managing talent acquisition activities for key positions by analyzing vacancy needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule candidate interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Initiate and monitor candidate background checks to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Create and send offer letters to selected candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Oversee the movement and needs of assigned open positions, working closely with hiring managers to identify and fill critical roles.
  • Host weekly meetings with recruiting teams and HRBP's to confirm recruiting needs are being met and provide support as needed.
  • Assist with Employee Referral program to encourage internal referrals and promote a positive work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 90% proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • 1-2 years of previous Human Resources experience, preferably in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in French, an asset.
