POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator based in Nogales, Sonora, MX. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for manage talent acquisition activities for key positions by analyzing vacancy needs.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Schedule candidate interviews Initiate and monitor candidate background checks Create and send offer letters Oversee the movement and needs of assigned open positions Host weekly meetings with recruiting teams and HRBP’s to confirm recruiting needs are being met Assist with Employee Referral program

WHAT WE REQUIRE

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology 90 of speaking and written english 1-2 years of previous Human Resources experience

French speaking

dormakaba está buscando un Coordinador de Captación de Talento en Nogales, Sonora, MX. El Coordinador Captación de Talento es responsable de gestionar las actividades de adquisición de talento para puestos claves analizando las necesidades de los vacantes.

ACTIVIDADES

Programar entrevistas con los candidatos Iniciar y supervisar la comprobación de los antecedentes de los candidatos Crear y enviar cartas de oferta Supervisar el movimiento y las necesidades de los puestos vacantes asignados Organizar reuniones semanales con los equipos de reclutamiento y HRBP's para confirmar que las necesidades de reclutamiento se están cumpliendo Colaborar en el programa de recomendación de empleados

REQUISITOS

Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos, Empresariales, Psicología o afín 90% Ingles conversacional y escrito 1-2 años de experiencia previa en Recursos Humanos
