We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Specialist to join our team at VirtualStaffing. As an Accounting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial stability of our clients, working in a virtual work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record Management: Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely, accurate financial records.

Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Bookkeeper.
  • Accounting Knowledge: Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Independence and Time Management: Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
