Key Responsibilities
  • Manage channel-related customer complaints through the Salesforce system
  • Lead the problem-solving process, coordinate meetings for root cause analysis and definition/closure of corrective actions throughout the supply chain
  • Generate, Analyze and Communicate OOB results and customer complaints
  • Integration of new products into production, control of concessions, as well as managing compliance with quality objectives in its business unit and proposing improvement strategies
  • Administration and development of your work team through Human Resources processes
  • Be Back up of the Quality Manager/VSM
  • Collaborate in the definition and monitoring of the Quality strategy as well as define metrics and monitor VS quality
  • Participate in daily gemba meetings
  • Lead 6 Sigma projects
  • Prepare weekly reports (highlights) for the quality manager and VSM related to Quality
  • Participate in kaizen events
  • Approve concessions as VS Owner
  • Prepare month-end reports (Quality-Plant) (COPQ, SADR, OOB)
  • Management of materials return process from Distribution Centers
  • Lead productivity projects

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent
  • English level: Advanced
  • Experience in system audits, managing staff, and attending quality problems with clients
  • Desirable knowledge: Root cause analysis tools, Problem solving methodologies, Statistical tools, Interpretation of geometric and plan tolerances, Staff administration, Core Tools, Knowledge and interpretation of the ISO standard, Knowledge of security marks, Certification as internal auditor
