Concession Compliance:
- Monitor compliance with railroad regulatory service laws, regulations, and commitments.
- Provide legal advice on regulatory issues, concession matters, and applicable laws.
- File reports and official responses with regulatory agencies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with terminal obligations and permits.
- Monitor compliance with telecommunications and data protection laws.
Litigation:
- Manage administrative, commercial, civil liability, tax, customs, agrarian, labor, and criminal litigation matters.
- Coordinate with external law firms to handle litigation and develop strategies to safeguard the company's interests.
- Negotiate out-of-court settlements for debts arising from railroad traffic, demurrage, and damages to equipment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in law.
- Regulatory and litigation law experience.
- Compliance manager experience.
- Professional experience of at least 15 years.
- Fluency in English.
