About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our team at Nuvit Service. As a Compliance Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring our company's policies and procedures comply with regulatory and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Compliance Policies: Create and implement policies and regulations that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee Compliance Operations: Ensure all business operations, including policies, investments, and procedures, are in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Design and Monitor Control Systems: Develop and implement control systems to prevent violations of legal rules and internal policies.
  • Conduct Regular Audits: Perform regular audits to assess the efficiency of control systems and identify areas for improvement.
  • Review and Evaluate Company Procedures: Review and evaluate company procedures and reports to identify hidden risks or common issues.
  • Coordinate with Department Managers: Collaborate with department managers to review and implement compliance policies across the organization.
  • Lead Employee Training: Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on compliance-related concepts.
  • Supervise Compliance Team: Lead and manage a team of compliance officers to ensure effective implementation of compliance policies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Information Technology or Information Security.
  • Certifications: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex compliance concepts to technical and non-technical staff.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of policies and procedures related to GDPR, CCPA, and PCI.
Competencies and Skills
  • Technical Skills: 3-5 years of hands-on IT experience in a technical/helpdesk role, with experience in at least one infrastructure technology.
  • Soft Skills: Good organization and planning skills, strong communication and document processing skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
