Your role will involve developing a working knowledge of industry practices and standards, with a limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of tasks and services provided.
Key Responsibilities- Client Account Management: Review customer needs and asset allocation, proactively engage with customers to validate understanding of needs, and advise customers to enrich relationships by mobilizing additional funds and selling fee-based products and services.
- Compliance, Risk & Controls: Ensure adherence to KYC/AML and other compliance norms, and fulfill client necessities while providing an exceptional client experience.
- 0-2 years relevant experience
- Ability to manage relationships both internal and external; ability to multi-task
- Mandatory certifications as required for selling financial products
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
