**Operations Management Opportunity**

Lionbridge Technologies seeks an experienced Senior Operations Director to drive program management of key client engagements and oversee day-to-day site operations at our Boise, Idaho office. This role requires a results-driven professional with a passion for customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

**Job Responsibilities:**

  • Work closely with Lionbridge Quality teams to identify key issues and drive appropriate solutions.
  • Report on overall program health and track and deliver solutions for outstanding program health detractors.
  • Define, manage, and optimize processes & procedures to ensure the highest delivery and response standards.
  • Develop and implement onboarding and training frameworks for onsite team members.
  • Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees as needed.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing safety standards and procedures.
  • Manage relationships with key operations vendors while tracking vendor pricing, rebates, and service levels.
  • Review and approve operational invoices and ensure timely payment.
  • Anticipate and track operational risks and provide strategic solutions to mitigate them.

**Requirements:**

  • A minimum 5 years of experience in program management or account management within the gaming industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results and meeting customer expectations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with software testing methodologies, procedures, and the development lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with structured test processes and exploratory testing techniques.
