Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule the pickup of finished goods with carriers and distilleries.
- Ensure the on-time arrival and correct documentation required from carriers before loading at distilleries.
- Coordinate the pickup and delivery of materials from suppliers and 3PLs, when required, to distilleries.
- Ensure that finished goods delivered in international warehouses are shown in their systems no later than 48 hours after reception.
- Ensure the international 3PL warehouses receive and download containers no later than 24 hours after their arrival.
- Ensure all in-bond and duty paid inventories are shown in real-time at international 3PL warehouses.
- Support monthly physical inventory counts at distilleries and 3PL.
- Maintain the shipments master planner (SMP) up to date.
- Track the distribution cost per case.
- Report the monthly finished goods outbound from distilleries to 3PLs to the Supply Chain Manager and Operations Director.
Requirements:
- BA or BSc in International Trade and Commerce.
- APICS CSCP or similar (desired).
- At least 5 years in logistics management.
- At least 3 years in the spirits industry.
- Shipments planning and scheduling.
- Mexico and USA distribution, logistics, and customs processes.
- Carriers and customs broker management.
- English and Spanish bilingual (business).
- Advanced MS Office Excel.
- Warehouse management (desired).
- Oracle Netsuite (desired).
- Inventory management (desired).
