**Job Summary**

This position is responsible for delivering high-quality client services on an account team. The Senior Consultant is focused on both technical and client handling skills, with a heavier emphasis on client handling and relationship building.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Plan, organize, develop, and deliver client-requested reports, deliverables, and projects on time, adhering to client-specified requirements.
  • Design, create, and manage client databases using Urban Science proprietary software, ensuring accurate and high-quality data.
  • Assist management in creating estimates and proposals for clients to better understand the proposal process.
  • Serve as a primary contact for clients and develop relationships to effectively respond to client requests and inquiries in a timely manner and improve client satisfaction.
  • Acquire and maintain a thorough understanding of client data for assigned projects to properly create client deliverables.
  • Track, process, analyze, and verify data to improve accuracy and quality.
  • Assume responsibility for accurate and high-quality data being utilized on assigned projects.
  • Accurately perform application coding and testing functions associated with the development of custom client software.
  • Use technical skills to accurately update and maintain Urban Science internal software systems.
  • Adhere to quality control standards for Urban Science and client organizations.
  • Coordinate with individuals or teams to complete analyses, tasks, and projects on time and with high quality.
  • Attend project meetings and participate in presenting project status updates to client representatives or internal management to clearly communicate project status, conclusions, and results.
  • Proactively communicate with management to provide updates and report issues in a timely manner.
  • Actively work with manager to understand and implement solutions to improve NPS (client satisfaction).
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure that software is properly installed, set up, and functioning at established quality levels.
  • Actively support and participate in required Urban Science training programs to achieve targeted development objectives.
  • Work with manager in completing annual goal setting and performance review promptly.
  • Work with manager to prioritize other duties as assigned.
