About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Analyst to join our team at Pernod Ricard España Sa. As a key member of our Agave portfolio team, you will be responsible for providing business insights to our management, marketing, and operations teams.
Main Responsibilities
- Analyze depletion P&L and prepare monthly deep dives on market performance, resource allocation, and key KPIs through sharp presentations to top management.
- Engage in financial planning and forecasting in close collaboration with brand, growth acceleration, and operations teams, with responsibility for modeling pricing and profitability metrics.
- Act as a liaison between TAG finance/growth acceleration and HoT teams, including deriving category or portfolio forecasts for diverse processes/projects.
- Lead bespoke Agave brand analysis work on topics such as innovation opportunities, business cases, portfolio pricing strategies, cost of goods evolution, and marketing investment effectiveness.
Requirements
- Master of science or equivalent in business and/or engineering.
- 4+ years of experience in finance/brand strategy/consulting roles in a consumer goods business, with experience collaborating with commercial & marketing teams.
