Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to lead our commercial strategy and drive growth for Oracle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams.

The Commercial Strategy Lead will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. This will involve collaborating with senior management and executives across functional areas to identify new business opportunities and develop effective strategies to capture them.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent, advanced degree highly desirable
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
