About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable Analyst with a background in accounting or finance. The ideal candidate will possess strong Excel skills, a B1 level of English proficiency or higher, and experience in customer service and supplier portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review open invoices to identify delinquent accounts and initiate collection calls.
  • Manage assigned portfolio through relationship building and innovative problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with Credit Analyst, Collections Analyst, and Sales teams to ensure efficient credit and collections processes.
  • Communicate collections results and issues with the Team Lead or Collections Manager.
  • Participate in conference calls with the Sales team and customers.
