Global Talent Acquisition Manager for Supply Chain LATAM

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Supply Chain team in Juarez, covering the LATAM region on a fixed-term contract lasting 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with managers and HR Business Partners to execute recruitment processes from start to finish.

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to fill positions within the Juarez Campus, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

• Identify and share best practices across the business, promoting excellence in recruitment.

• Stay up-to-date with market trends, legal requirements, and recruiting techniques to ensure the highest quality candidates.

• Consolidate interview feedback and lead the final evaluation process.

• Verify references and manage documentation submission according to established procedures.

• Oversee data related to the recruitment process, guaranteeing accurate employee information and efficient hiring decisions.

• Ensure timely and proper handling of final hiring decisions.

• Compile metrics on HR activities and establish strong partnerships with third-party vendors as needed.

• Communicate business-related issues or opportunities to management levels.

• Ensure subordinates adhere to Company guidelines on HSE practices, providing necessary resources.

• Maintain compliance with federal, state, local, and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.

• Perform other duties assigned by management as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree

• At least 4 years of experience

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)

• Knowledge of competency-based interviewing (desirable)

• Demonstrated ability as a recruiter across various functional disciplines

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, influencing, account management, and consulting skills

• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain organization

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
