About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Business Transformation Analyst to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our Procurement team, you will play a critical role in driving business transformation and process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of business transformation projects, including process re-engineering and digital transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities.
- Analyze data and develop insights to inform business decisions and drive process improvements.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track project progress and key performance indicators.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including finance and procurement leadership, to ensure alignment and buy-in.
- Lead and facilitate workshops and meetings to engage stakeholders and drive project momentum.
- Develop and implement cost reduction initiatives and productivity projects to drive business value.
- Provide consulting services and support to procurement teams to drive process improvements and efficiency gains.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a sourcing or procurement position.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate across levels of the organization.
- Strong project management and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Ariba, and SAP.
- Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships.
- Comfortable with figures and data analysis.
- Logical and results-driven approach.
