About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead to join our team at Capgemini. As a Test Lead, you will be responsible for leading testing efforts for our clients' transformation initiatives and application portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute testing strategies and plans to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Coordinate and lead testing efforts with nearshore/offshore team members to ensure timely and effective delivery.
  • Manage testing metrics, status reporting, and risk identification to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with project leadership and clients to ensure approval of deliverables and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide resource utilization and allocation estimates to project leadership and clients as needed.
  • Coordinate updates with Test Analysts and manage defect management, including logging and reporting of defects.
  • Work closely with domain project leaders and automation strategy leaders to ensure seamless coordination.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in testing and quality assurance with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage testing teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
