About the RoleIn this position, you will work closely with customer leaders and their engineering teams to help strategize and manage their cloud journey. As a thought leader, you will be responsible for establishing a deep understanding of your customer's business vision, culture, and processes, and evangelizing AWS services to influence customers to adopt the right solution at the right time.
You will leverage your delivery experience with large-scale transformations to help shepherd customers through their stages of AWS adoption, solving their challenges through new ideas, tools, and mechanisms. Your technical expertise and operational excellence will drive robust customer solutions, and you will be responsible for collaborating with internal AWS teams to drive and support product and organizational development within AWS.
Key Responsibilities- Drive and Support Cloud Adoption Plan: Working with both the customer and various AWS teams, you will create a detailed customer plan leveraging customer planning best practices.
- Accelerate the Customer's Cloud Adoption Journey and Maximize Customer Value: This is achieved through the ownership of adoption, enablement, and governance.
- Identify & Align on Strategic Opportunities: You will work with the Customer Account team to identify and pursue strategic cloud opportunities that align with the customer's business goals.
