About the Role:

Within is seeking a highly skilled Retail Media Strategist to join our team. As an expert in Amazon, you will oversee the fundamentals in Seller Central and Vendor Central, participate in client-facing calls to review key initiatives, and educate clients on their account. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Inventory management, including forecasting, creating shipments in Seller Central, filing shipment discrepancies, and coordinating with 3PLs.
  • Monitoring customer reviews and managing cases, while working closely with seller support to resolve any issues.
  • Optimizing merchandising efforts to drive sales.
  • Keyword research for campaign creation and listing optimization.
  • Creating and updating weekly data and performance reporting using Google Sheets.
  • Creating and optimizing advertising campaigns.
  • Creating promotions using Seller Central.
  • Working with flat files on ASIN creation, variation, updates, and maintenance.
  • Managing client calls notes and follow-up on all executable deliverables.
  • Managing brand store and all A+ content creation.
  • Ad-hoc analysis of advertising and sales performance.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Great knowledge of Excel pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable in a client-facing role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Slides, Sheets, and Docs.
  • Experience editing and uploading Amazon flat files, creating product variations, and navigating Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and execute on tasks efficiently.
  • Good understanding of ROAS/ACOS.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Account management experience is a plus.
  • Advertising experience is a plus.

Nice to Have Qualifications:

1+ years of experience managing advertising on Amazon.

Prior agency experience.
