At Jellyfish, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Retail Media Manager to drive media strategy and team development. As a key contributor, you'll lead strategic initiatives, test and analyze data, and manage complex retail accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize retail media campaigns across retail networks, including Sponsored Advertising and DSP activations.
  • Ensure accurate delivery of client budgets and develop innovative strategies through a robust testing framework.
  • Project manage initiatives in alignment with the media plan and create professional client-facing documents highlighting clear performance insights.
  • Interface with clients through written, phone, and in-person communication and collaborate with internal teams to deliver on campaign goals.
  • Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization, as well as regular competitive research analysis across the media and retail landscape.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience working in retail media, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Knowledge of sponsored ad and display advertising through Amazon, with experience working in the Ad Console and Vendor Central.
  • Experience working with 3rd party bid management platforms such as SKAI and/or Pacvue.
  • Strong track record of managing media budgets in excess of $1 million while hitting/outperforming KPIs.
  • Full funnel media planning experience taking into account various ad formats, audiences, and seasonal periods.
