Hotel Housekeeper

We are seeking a highly motivated Hotel Housekeeper to join our team at The Westin Santa Fe Mexico City. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in providing exceptional guest service.

• Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Fully stock and transport housekeeping carts to assigned areas, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available.
• Enter guest rooms following established procedures, verifying the room's vacancy before entering.
• Replace guest amenities, linens, and towels as needed, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization.
• Clean bathrooms, removing trash and dirty linen, and replenishing room service items.
• Check that all appliances are present and functioning correctly in each room.
• Dust, polish, and remove marks from walls and furnishings, ensuring a pristine environment for our guests.
• Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties throughout the hotel, including guest rooms and hallways.

• Maintain a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance at all times.
• Ensure confidentiality of proprietary information and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to Marriott International standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs.
• Assist guests with disabilities and thank them with genuine appreciation for their patronage.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues, using respectful language and tone.

• No high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required.
• No related work experience necessary, but prior housekeeping experience is an asset.
• No supervisory experience required, but ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
• No license or certification necessary.
