About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Housekeeper to join our team at The Westin Santa Fe Mexico City. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare guest rooms for check-in, including making beds, replacing linens, and restocking amenities
  • Empty trash and recyclables, and replace with new liners
  • Maintain the cleanliness of bathrooms, including restocking toilet paper and soap
  • Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
  • Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties
  • Follow all company policies and procedures for safety and security
Requirements
  • No high school diploma or equivalent required
  • No related work experience necessary
  • No supervisory experience required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance
  • Ability to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart over sloping and uneven surfaces
  • Ability to stand, sit, kneel, or walk for extended periods
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $20,000 - $30,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
