Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Contracting Analyst to join our Global Procurement team. This role requires a proactive and analytical leader who can conduct contract process challenges and ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) are met. The successful candidate will be an important connection with the Legal team and GP category leaders, driving process improvements and capability/service management.

Responsibilities

The Senior Contracting Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Conducting contract process challenges and ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met
  • Collaborating with the Legal team and GP category leaders to drive process improvements and capability/service management
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance contract management and procurement operations
  • Providing analytical support to inform business decisions and drive strategic sourcing initiatives

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-3 years of experience in GP Operations/Shared Services
  • Broad understanding of Global Procurement activities
  • Good communication skills and proficiency in English language, including Spanish
  • Strong project/program management skills
  • Process improvement experience/mindset
  • Initiative and proven ability to drive change
  • Ability to influence, persuade, and drive change management
  • Ability to analyze sourcing data and understand processes
