About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Retail Service Agent, where you will be responsible for managing the front-line operation of our retail services. You will work closely with customers to provide solutions to their problems, while also maintaining accurate records and meeting operational standards.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual who can effectively communicate with customers, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
- Assist with package tracing, ensuring that packages are delivered accurately and on time.
- Verify packages for proper labelling, legality of content, and compliance with customs documentation.
- Collaborate with other teams to optimize branch performance and improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to customer problems, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business administration, customer service). Equivalent experience may be considered.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift 75 lbs/34 kg and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 lbs/68 kg with appropriate equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
