**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records, processing orders, and ensuring seamless communication with internal stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Maintain accurate customer records in all software systems, including CRM, ECC, and accounting programs.
  • Process orders, including responding to internal customer inquiries and making calls to the warehouse to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
  • Enter proof of delivery and process orders for internal customer acknowledgment.
  • Maintain a superior level of accuracy while performing any work, particularly involving order management.
  • Communicate with sales staff and Master Planning to verify all information is correct and clarify any missing information or inconsistencies on orders.
  • Provide back-up support to Master Planning and the Business Operations office manager.
  • Maintain file systems and perform daily filing tasks for all orders.
