About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Project Manager to join our team at Gensler. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for managing all phases of projects, from project set-up and design through construction drawings.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead multiple project teams. You will work closely with clients, architects, designers, and consultants to deliver high-quality projects that meet or exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and client relationships
  • Provide technical guidance and innovative solutions to resolve complex technical and design challenges
  • Demonstrate knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction practices
  • Prepare project proposals, negotiate contracts, and coordinate bidding
  • Track financial performance and ensure projects conform to contract requirements
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field
  • 5+ years of project experience in an architectural practice
  • Strong knowledge of REVIT, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and emotional intelligence
