As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the education, coaching and mentoring of all employees in lean (MPS) methodology and leading lean manufacturing initiatives and programs throughout the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the education, coaching and mentoring of all employees in lean (MPS) methodology
  • Lead lean manufacturing initiatives and programs throughout the plant
  • Identify suitable areas for further specialist projects, including estimating potential savings
  • Conduct project management in collaboration with MPS responsible in plant and guide project participants
  • Plan, lead, execute and hand-over of MPS specialist projects
  • Transfer the lean mentality and culture within the plant

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Engineering field
  • 5 years minimum professional experience, or foreman or certified technician with 8 years professional experience
  • Certified MPS Specialist
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience
