- Provide updated information and prepare documentation for bids and sales opportunities, navigating various portals to identify potential opportunities.
- Manage the full tender process, including timely expression of interest, preparing questions for the Q&A session, and tender submission.
- Work closely with the sales team to prepare and provide information to automate and speed up the bidding process, including regulatory, quality, legal, and other technical documents.
- Ensure tender submission within deadlines and update the tender matrix to maximize the chances of winning.
- Prepare contracts using approved regional templates and collaborate with the legal team.
- Review commercial and business information on contracts based on customers' templates.
- Coordinate internal cross-functional review of contracts and prepare and submit internal contract approval forms.
- Support the process of signing contracts.
- Conduct contract analysis to provide the Sales Team with metrics to ensure all parties comply with their commitments.
- Monitor contracts and maintain a centralized administration and storage of formalized agreements.
- Support the sales and legal teams on third-party due diligence and compliance obligations, maintaining third-party information in compliance software.
Education:
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required to perform at this level.
Experience:
- Three years of relevant experience working with quotes, tenders, contracts, procurement, or similar, ideally in the medical devices industry.
- Knowledge of free trade agreements and Mexican Law of Acquisitions, Leases, and Services for the Public Sector.
Skills:
- Strong collaboration skills to gather and provide necessary information.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills required.
- Demonstrated ability to design and develop accurate reports.
- Ability to interact professionally and effectively with customers and across all levels of the organization.
- Intermediate English: verbal and written fluency for communication and reporting.
