- Ensure all necessary documentation to support the certifications of origin issuance and refound projects is retained according to the Record Keeping internal process to guarantee full compliance.
- Carry out qualification projects by achieving delivery due dates and enhance open and clear communication on the status of each assigned task with the GTM leadership staff and businesses.
- Keep informed about business projects and import-export operation changes to identify potential risks that could affect the certification of origin process and communicate them accordingly to the GTM leadership staff to evaluate and minimize it.
- Avoid incidents and maintain a clean working environment.
- Perform all job functions with adherence to Eaton's Philosophy & Values.
- Create and keep updated standard processes documentation such as Working Instructions & Standard Works among others.
- Lead meetings with different stakeholders and demonstrate active participation on internal meetings & trainings.
- Continuously improve and promote a digital mindset.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- One to three years of experience in Free Trade Agreements area.
- FTA Qualification Analysis and classification Skills.
- Desirable domain on SAP-GTS.
- Knowledge of U.S. and Mexican Government Import Regulations.
- Advance English (Spoken, written, listening).
- Microsoft Suite skills required.
- Desirable knowledge in problem solving methodology and CI tools.
