Sales Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities
The responsibilities associated with this role encompass, but are not limited to, the following:
- Reporting and Analytics: Extract, prepare, and analyze reports and statistics of key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales. Manage inventory levels, overdue invoices, and purchasing activities to meet business objectives while monitoring sales team performance.
- Client Management: Oversee a portfolio of strategically significant clients with commercial independence. Conduct in-person meetings to support the development and execution of sales strategies, foster client relationships, follow up on new initiatives, negotiate pricing, assess customer requests, provide specifications, and collaborate with the customer service team.
- Sales Proposals: Oversee the creation and distribution of sales proposals tailored to client needs, ensuring effective follow-up to close sales and manage subsequent orders and invoicing.
- After-Sales Support: Manage product and service support in the market, focusing on after-sales and digital services. Establish connections with new strategic clients and end-users, promote participation in industry events, and continuously explore market opportunities to drive sales. Analyze macroeconomic factors affecting the market in alignment with strategic sales initiatives.
- CRM Management: Responsible for the continuous updating of the CRM system and sales pipeline, ensuring real-time sales data is available for KPI extraction.
- Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and develop the sales team, recruit new talent, and implement personnel management programs in accordance with company standards.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- A decisive and proactive individual with strong communication skills across all levels.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or relevant experience in a similar sales role.
- Extensive experience in project management related to after-sales services.
- Familiarity with the Mexican market.
- Strong customer focus, negotiation, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Experience in technical support and warranty management.
- Proficiency in the English language.
