Sales Operations Specialist

Maintain and update product configurators and catalogs in CPQ to ensure seamless sales operations.
- Configurator Management
- Maintain and update current configurators per PLM requests to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Validate all requests are complete and all information is correct with PLM prior to starting any requested work to prevent errors.
- Ensure data tables are correct and up to date in CPQ to support sales efforts.
- Assist Order Management in clearing any CPQ errors that are impacting orders from being booked correctly to minimize delays.

Work in partnership with IT to improve and implement new CPQ and SFDC features, enhancements, error fixes, and validation rules to enhance sales operations.
- Collaboration and Support
- Experience working with Agile, Oracle CPQ or related systems and Sales Force is required.
- Strong knowledge using Excel, experience with Smart Sheet is a plus.
- Experience with a manufacturing environment, telecommunications preferred.
