Key Responsibilities:- Quality Tools and Methods Specialist: Coach or lead cross-functional teams to meet quality system and tools requirements in manufacturing and support departments (8D, FMEA, SPC, PDCA, CIP, etc.). Support the setting of goals of the department and coaching associates to achieve them.
- Planning and Conducting of Process and System Audits: Conduct process and system audits of manufacturing and support departments. Internal audit according to ISO/IEC17025, ISO9001, etc.
- Maintenance of Management Processes: Maintain management processes in the plant.
- Collaboration and Communication: Successfully working and interacting within cross-functional teams internal and external to achieve business objectives.
- Process Improvement: Working independently on department projects to improve quality of processes.
- Independent Working Capabilities: Goal and result oriented.
- Structured Approaches: Following and developing structured approaches for more complex tasks.
- Concession Process Coordination: Coordination of the concession process.
- Degree in an Engineering discipline.
- 3+ years experience in manufacturing environment.
- Superior written and oral communication skills to independently prepare and deliver presentations, training materials, and author procedures.
- Strong team facilitation skills and the ability to motivate teams and individuals not in a direct line.
- Ability to interface with the organization to solve problems as well as develop and implement training courses.
- Certified AS9100/ISO9001 Internal Auditor/ preferred Lead auditor.
- Advanced level of English language for written and verbal communication with internal and external customers.
- 6 sigma expert, FMEA expert is preferred.
