About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our IT organization, you will be responsible for designing, building, and administering Collaboration Solutions services to support our global business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaboration Solutions Management: Define best practices, policies, and governance for Microsoft 365, including permissions, API access, licensing, security assessments, and defining standards.
- 3rd Party SaaS Solutions Management: Define best practices, policies, and governance for SaaS services, including permissions, API access, licensing, security assessments, and defining standards.
- Reporting and Analytics: Ensure reporting is available to all appropriate stakeholders on a daily and ad hoc basis, including licensing, usage, storage, and availability reports.
- Secure Score and Compliance: Work with teams to ensure a high Secure Score in Microsoft 365, ensuring services are always protected and following best practices.
- Service Management and Support: Ensure tickets are processed in a timely manner, collaborating with L2 support and handling escalation tickets.
- New Release and Change Management: Consult with S&T on new releases, follow up with Microsoft on product roadmaps, and raise requests to block new functions if necessary.
- Service Availability and Monitoring: Monitor the health and service availability of all M365 related products and coordinate resolution across multiple teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years of technology experience in IT Operations roles.
- 4+ years of working with Microsoft 365 technologies.
- 4+ years of Active Directory/Azure experience.
- 4+ years of 3rd level support experience.
- 4+ years of managing Vendor Managed Solutions/Services.
- 4+ years of Project Management experience.
Desired Skills
- MCSA: Productivity and MCSE: Productivity are a plus.
- Good knowledge of Cloud-based services (SaaS).
- Advanced understanding of Power Platform.
- Good understanding of SharePoint/OneDrive.
- Scripting/Automation (Graph API, Windows PowerShell).
- Good understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Experience working on robust hybrid environments.
- Good understanding of Active Directory, multi-domains, multi-forests, DNS infrastructure, and topology.
- Good knowledge of computer infrastructure (hardware, databases, Operating Systems, LAN, WAN, etc.).
- Good working knowledge and experience with PowerShell ISE and other scripting languages, plus automating tasks.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes and standards; preferably ITIL certified.
- Advanced understanding of desktop/laptop/server functions and software.
- Capable of advanced configuration or troubleshooting of endpoints.
