Software Development Opportunity



We are seeking a skilled Senior React Fullstack Engineer to join our Customer Success Platform team. The successful candidate will design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and drive software solutions to enhance the Software Development Lifecycle for enterprise-wide products.



About the Role:


  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Guide junior software engineers by reviewing code and encouraging technical skillset growth.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality code to meet project milestones on schedule.
  • Work closely with developers, product managers, and QA engineers to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Provide input into architecture and design decisions.
  • Participate in daily standups and agile ceremonies.
  • Perform thorough unit testing of all assigned components.
  • Troubleshoot defects and participate in root cause analysis.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, including code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.


About You:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • 4+ years of Fullstack experience using Front End technologies (React/Angular), Back End technologies (Java/NET), cloud technologies (AWS/Azure), or other core languages and cloud technologies.
  • Experience using Agile Methodologies - primarily Scrum, and GIT.
  • Expert design skills, including significant knowledge of core libraries and common design patterns.
  • Ability to write clean, readable code that is easy to understand.
  • Ability to mentor junior developers and translate requirements from business partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Will to come to our office in Mexico City twice a week.

  • Strong Front-end React/Redux knowledge and experience.
  • Server-side programming technologies experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging experience.
  • Experience leading design discussions in addition to hands-on development.
  • Experience mentoring junior developers and translating requirements from business partners.
