About the Role:
The Sr. Procurement Operations Center Global Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient execution of procurement operations, maintaining compliance, and aligning procurement support services with the Global Procurement Organization's goals and vision. This role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and procurement teams to deliver established KPIs and SLAs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily procure-to-pay processes, including supplier due diligence for onboarding and administration of Ariba Buying module (catalogs, workspaces).
- Provide Ariba technical support across all Divisions and manage the contract lifecycle management for the Divisions under scope.
- Lead automation initiatives of all processes performed by the Colgate Business Services (CBS) in Mexico and Mumbai, including the CLM team.
- Implement procurement digital initiatives that enhance process performance, boost capabilities, and improve efficiency, automation, and agility.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Data Governance, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of successful experience in procurement, with some years of experience in Finance procure-to-pay processes.
- Proficiency in using supplier onboarding software, ERP systems, and SAP.
- Experience working with diverse suppliers across multiple regions and industries.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Highly fluent in English.
- Strong people management skills.
