Inclusion Cloud is seeking a skilled Salesforce Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a critical member of our project team, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our Salesforce organization.

**Key Responsibilities**

Design and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of our Salesforce solution

Collaborate with internal Product Management and third-party consulting to refine and execute test plans

Work closely with the project team to review requirements, develop test plans and cases, and identify defects

Contribute to the successful launch of our Salesforce solution

**Requirements**

A bachelor's degree in a business or technology-related major and relevant Salesforce certification

2-3 years of experience working with CRM systems in a technical capacity

2-3 years of experience performing QA for medium to large Salesforce organizations

Experience with Sales Cloud and a basic understanding of how CPQ works

Strong English communication skills and a continuous learner, innovator, and collaborator
